Thirteen signature rolls, from a $6.95 California on up to the Sensei: filet, tempura shrimp, jalapeño, sautéed mushrooms. Every one of them gets rolled back in our kitchen the minute you order it.
Straight off the flat top
No onion volcano, no chair shaking. NY strip, filet, salmon or tuna off the flat top with rice, vegetables, soup and salad. On a Tuesday. In about twenty minutes.
Beer, wine, and sofas
Ten taps plus wine and sake, TVs, and a lounge with real sofas and a fountain in the corner. Come in for a beer and a plate of gyoza, end up staying for the second half.
